Fish Oil Benefits For Joint Pain

Did you know that Fish oil supplementation can reduce inflammation without the negative side effects of pharmacological drugs.  Why you ask?  Fish oil is the best source of EPA and DHA, the omega-3 essential fatty acids that naturally regulate the inflammatory process.

What is EPA and DHA?

And since there were no significant side effects reported, this study reported that fish oil appeared to be a safer alternative for treating neck and back pain.
