Each year with the start of the school this usually means lots of homework which means lots of heavy backpacks. Many kids are going to and from school with way too much weight in their backpacks which can potentially be causing problems to their back and neck. Here are a few tips when buying a backpack for your child to make sure it is the best option to support the weight that they are carrying.
-Always wear both shoulder straps
-Choose a backpack that is not too big, it should not extend below the low back.
-No one should carry more than 25lbs in a backpack
-Guidelines for weight of child vs weight of backpack
